OVERVIEW
Kaldur is an Atlantean (and part-Human) superhero from 'Earth-16'. He is a calm and collected individual: he usually plans before setting about a course of action, and maintains a level head under pressure. He is patient, and even as a teen had displayed he higher level of maturity than his fellow sidekicks. This possibly originates from the expectations surrounding youth in Atlantean culture (with compulsory military service at twelve and so on) since his behavior does not seem unusual amongst his Atlantean peers.

While a generally very liberal and accepting individual, he is a citizen of one of the last absolute monarchies of Earth at his time period, and as such holds to the respect for authority and some of the courtly manners that implies. He illustrates some of the highest levels of obedience and respect towards his superiors, and he is inclined to reserve his opinions when it comes to their decisions. In a situation when he finds himself in disagreement with his proper authority, he will remain deferent, and should the issue be one that requires confrontation, he will couch that objection privately and respectfully, but firmly.

Kaldur is not in favor of the war, but at this point considers fighting it something of an inevitable requirement for any possibility of returning home. His personal stance is more of neutrality, but for the moment he has decided to more staunchly support the Seelie agenda, with occasional reports to Waver on the general status of Seelie dealings.

ATLANTEAN ABILITIES
▶︎ high resistance to cold and the effects of freezing (biological anti-freeze)
▶︎ super-strength
▶︎ very dense skin that allows him to withstand the high pressures of the deep sea (his skin is more resistant to damage than normal humans but not invulnerable levels)
▶︎ immunity to sea/water creature-based poisons
▶︎ can live underwater
▶︎ swim at very fast speeds (max speeds ~260mph for six-hour stretches)

SORCERER ABILITIES
▶︎ the ability to generate electricity, that can be used on direct contact with his hands, or channeled through water as a conductor
▶︎ the ability to manipulate water by forming it into shapes or directing it from a source, even up and exceeding the pressure power of a water jet cutter (can slice through metal/maxing around 90,000-100,000 psi)
▶︎ the ability to create solid-water constructs (not ice), and wield them like weapons, or form creature-constructs

Note: this is not the full extent of his magical capabilities, as he left off his magic training and instruction. With further instruction, he will be able to use more powerful and complex magic without the added channeling help of his water-bearers. His tattoos would also fade, only becoming visible with use of his magical powers.
